Slaven Gajovich
Director
Born in 1972 in Belgrade, Serbia, Slaven embarked on his journey in the world of technology by obtaining a diploma in IT with distinction in 1991. His rapid ascent saw him assume the role of Pager Programming Department Manager at a paging company shortly after completing his studies. However, amidst the political turbulence of Serbia in the early 1990s, Slaven made the pivotal decision to immigrate to South Africa in 1992, where he set his sights on forging a new path in the realm of computer careers.
With an entrepreneurial spirit that burned brightly, Slaven diversified his interests, turning his attention to the lucrative arena of real estate investment. In 1993, he founded his inaugural Real Estate company, marking the genesis of his venture into property entrepreneurship. Over the years, his focus evolved, gravitating towards commercial and Mega Project Property Developments, cementing his status as a prominent figure in South Africa’s real estate landscape.
Presently, Slaven stands at the helm of two dynamic companies: Maximum Group Holdings and Ariobex Holdings Group. These entities are at the forefront of pioneering initiatives in large-scale property developments, renewable energies, and cutting-edge IT solutions. His visionary approach and unwavering commitment to societal progress have earned him widespread recognition within South Africa’s property development and investment spheres. Beyond the boardroom, Slaven remains steadfast in his dedication to personal growth and community enrichment. He actively engages in a myriad of philanthropic endeavors, striving to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those around him. Despite his bustling schedule, he finds solace and rejuvenation in an array of hobbies, including sports, literature, technological exploration, and immersive travel experiences.

Malusi Cele
Director
Malusi was born in Durban in 1972. After finishing all his pre matric schooling in KZN, he progressed to finish his first degree in Social Science (4-year honours equivalent) in what was referred to as the University of Natal – Durban (UND) (now known as University of Kwa-Zulu Natal (UKZN)). In addition, Malusi has a second degree of Bachelor of Science, majoring in statistics, mathematics, and financial modelling, from University of South Africa. Malusi has over 28 years of experience occupying various roles in various sectors, giving him a wide and versatile experience and capabilities.
After finishing his first degree in 1994, Malusi started working in 1995, working in various sectors, including the academic sector, as a Researcher, and NGO, where he reached apex of his NGO career as a Deputy CEO for the largest public awareness campaign at the time, primary responsible for strategic partnership and funding for that campaign. After that, Malusi progressed and joined the retail private sector as a project manager – new business development, advancing to become a GM in the Chief Operations Officer office and a regional operations GM.
After this, Malusi, once again changed his career direction, joining the investment sector, first starting as a Project Manager – Investment, for a Community Trust. This was followed by a role as an Investment Analyst, focusing in the main, in the property sector. After investing in a Construction and Development business, Malusi joined that business as Chief Operations Officer. Malusi has spent the last 7 years of his career co-managing one of the biggest Mega Projects in Gauteng.
In addition, Malusi co-owns various other businesses including a petrol station private properties, etc. His diverse qualifications (social/qualitative and quantitative / analytical) and experience (social, research, investment, construction management and property development, entrepreneurial) makes Malusi a valuable member as a co-owner and co-manager of this Mega Project.

Thabo Kubu
Director
Mr. Thabo Kubu is a Military Veteran who has ventured into business. His brief on key posts that he held, positions him as a critical member of the team as follows:
Former Advisor to the Minister of Intelligence and Security of the ANC (1990 to 1994 responsible for special Projects). Played a pivotal role in the amalgamation of different intelligence organisations i.e. Statutory and Non-Statutory (1993 to 1995 National Director- Domestic Collection). Former Chief Director Strategic Projects National Intelligence. Former COO of Thebeyapelo 2003 to 2007 (A consulting company which did a turnaround strategy for UIF in partnership with KPMG).
Chairman of ICOFE – Strategic design of the different assignments in Sustainable Development in the Western Cape, Gauteng provinces and in the City of Tshwane (2006- 2012).
Current Chairman of Zevoli 16 T/A Sizoma ITS (IT Security Company, Established Sizoma which became one of the service providers for Integrated and Intelligent Security Systems for ATM’s Hospitals in the province 2003 to date).
Current owner of Pamina Trading Pty Ltd. Since, Thabo has developed a comprehensive competency in issues pertaining to Sustainable Development within the political arena through his involvement in the Municipal Applied Green Initiatives and Concepts – The MAGIC Initiative with COGTA-LED – Consortium of Climate Smart Solutions and The MAGIC cooperative of experts where he stands as Governor of CCSS in the executive Stakeholders management portfolio – (2011 to now).

Davina Piek
Town Planner
Davina holds a Master’s degree in Town and Regional Planning and several other qualifications in project management and property development. Davina started her career in government working at all levels dealing with housing, land use, land redistribution, tenure upgrading, spatial planning and policy development matters. Davina was also employed as the Cosmo City Project Manager for the City of Joburg for a few years before moving onto the private sector holding several similar positions in managing large scale integrated housing developments.
Cosmo City, Savanna City and Malibongwe Ridge collectively comprises of over 40 000 housing opportunities and under her reign these developments won several awards some of which included best integrated projects, best finance-linked projects but also a personal award from the City of Joburg as best newcomer into projects. Davina was also instrumental in setting up unique urban management structures and community participation structures for several of these developments which received many praises from all levels of government. More recently Davina also gained experience dealing with pipeline development and more specifically student accommodation and social housing.
In summary, Davina’s has over 20 years experience in development and project management, setting up development structures, dealing with planning and design, working with government, municipalities and community structures delivering high quality developments from start to end.
